Brilliant service and customer care, I phoned up at short notice to hire a carpet cleaner over the weekend. The lady I spoke with assisted me from start to finish, she was beyond helpful, and couldn't do enough for me. . An all round excellent experience that is lacking in so many businesses these days... Our first time contacting Smith's we spoke with Jack, after an unreturned phonecall (we know how busy they are so it's not a bother) we tried again a day later and spoke with Hayley. From the first conversation we can not fault her service, she bent over backwards to get a hire sorted in under a day and kept us updated all along. Upon arrival at the store the whole process was simple and friendly. Even with how busy she was you could tell she was interested in everything we were saying and genuinely wanted to help, the price was also spot on. We've been back several times since and received nothing less than a first class service.
