Having been expertly 'sold' warranties and sofashield products for my new suite - less than a year later the products are sagging. Now told ex-demonstrator suites don't have warranties ... gave me back the monies for the warranties purchased, and told me 'this would have been explained at the time of purchase'! Really? why would I have bought the warranties? No effort to resolve - poor products and exceptionally poor service.. read other reviews online to stop this happening to you.

Excellent. A good selection of sofas. Some very good one off bargains. Best of all. No hassle from over eager salestaff. They will have a quick chat to you and just allow you to browse until you ask for more assistance. Well worth a visit.
