If you love paying full whack, this is the place for you. Also, the owner is probably the grumpiest, and most unhelpful person I have ever met. And the whole time I've been going here, which is about 12 years he hasn't changed. You get a good offer every now and then, but it's like a miracle when it appears. You also have to pay 5.00 to use your card l, and on top of that you have to pay for the ATM.
