Ordered from these before reading these reviews, but I must say the part was delivered in the time frame stated and for cheaper than I could find it anywhere else, I would definitely use these again

Waiting on part weeks. Fed up. Just want my money back but cant contact anyone as no one answers phone. Avoid this company at all costs as they just steal your money and never deliver item.

If I could give 0 stars I would. 14 days after ordering, no goods, no communication. Called support, no one available, simply “call back later” the phone goes dead. Called on sales line and it just keeps you on hold. Opened a ticket request, no reply. Left a comment on FB on one of their photos, replied on comment saying “waiting for part” then removed my comment. Requested cancellation and refund as per distance selling.. nothing AVOID AVOID AVOID

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFULLY SHOCKING!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT OR SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS. CLEARLY THEIR MANTRA IS THEY ARE ALWAYS RIGHT AND THE CUSTOMER IS WRONG. TOOK MY MONEY WAITED 4 MONTHS FOR PART. NO COMMUNICATION OTHER THAN ME CONTACTING THEM TO ASK WHAT WAS HAPPENING. RANG AND SPOKE TO SOMEONE CALLED ANTHONY, WHO BLAMED ME, REFUSED TO GIVE ME HIS SURNAME, REFUSED ALLOW ME TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR, REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE NAME OF HIS MANAGER OR THE PERSON WHO OWNED THE COMPANY. TOLD ME I COULD FIND THAT OUT MYSELF AND PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME. STILL DON'T KNOW IF I HAVE BEEN ISSUED A REFUND. APPALLING! HAD TO GIVE 1 STAR IN ORDER TO POST THIS COMMENT

Absolute disgusting company. I orderered a part from them weeks ago. i did not recieve it so got in touch with them via email. They replied saying the item was not in stock when i ordered it and would not be back in stock for 21 days. i waited a further 21 days plus and had not recevied the part so emailed them 5 times asking them to refund me the money but they just ignore my emails. I have also tried contacting them on a number of occasions but there is never anyone available to take the call. DO NOT AT ANY COST ORDER FROM THEM.

Should have read and taken account of reviews. Hopeless and rude (by default because no response at all). Antony Molloy, does he exist? Spares Giant, do they exist, they certainly do when money taken is involved. Don't waste time phoning or using the ticket system. Do not use this lot. Why isn't there a 'zero' stars.
