Very disappointing service specsavers, i booked a appointment 6 weeks ago for my daughter, which i noted down in my diary. I rang to confirm if the app is still going ahead but they have no details of the app on the system. This isnt the first time this has happened to me,what are you playing at,? I am not willing to wait another 4/6 weeks for an appointment, I see you have responded to all the 5 star ratings you have had, i hope you will repond to my review also.

Great service from Catherine in the Deepdale store so helpful and caring. Went into the town centre store to have my eyes checked unfortunately I might have a hole in my retina. I’ve been referred to the hospital. Was treated first class especially by Usmar she was brilliant as was all the staff I came across today there 10 out of 10. Unbelievable Covid precautions.
