I went for a contact lens check this morning, and I was delighted by the service that was provided. Myriam was professional, thorough with the examination, and had excellent person centered skills. And thank you for making the shop very Covid secure too.

In these testing times it is refreshing to see such commitment to the methods of H&S in a retail environment. So many places have become nonchalant to preventive measures needed to protect service users and providers. I am all to aware of best practice and required standards. Taking my son anywhere that does not meet the above mentioned is not an option to me. The Staff were very professional, welcoming and patient with my boy. He was a happy boy and that inturn made me happy. Well done to ALL the staff.

More than satisfied with the service I received. Having been apprehensive of having a test, due it being my first time. I was made to feel more than comfortable and at ease. The staff were highly professional and friendly. I think Specsavers sets the standard, for how to deal with P.P.E and Coronavirus mitigation during these current times, the extent they went to in order to protect staff and customers was incredible.

Worst optician in Preston. The staff member that assisted me was absolutely clueless and was of 0 help. Been coming here for 5 years and throughout that peroid it seems you just wanted quick cash for my glasses and was not interested in offering me a professional service. Sick of paying silly prices over and over for awful cheap glasses that don't even fit properly.
