I dropped my bike off last week with Tom, I was asked detailed questions as I have been having problems selecting gear and various other issues. Tom listened carefully and I collected my bike a couple of days later. I am a serious cyclist and the performance of my bike is very important to me. It was like riding a new machine, I am very impressed the bike is silent words can’t describe the difference.
