Awful customer service avoid at all costs the store manager was very rude. I purchased a pair of trainers the day before however once i had tried them on at home they were tight so i asked for an exchange for the size above. The store manager refused this because i had worn them. They were perfect condition even the store assistant thought the manager was rude and told me to either go to deepdale or come back when the store manager wasnt working as the assistant manager would exchange them amd told me when she was next off work. Ended up exchanging them in deepdale with no problems just shows the store manager is a waste of space and doesnt care about customers in the slightest shouting at me and made me out to be a liar in the middle of the shop pathetic.

Awful place, hard to find a member of staff for a stock check and then queue waiting at the till. They won't let you have a refund if you've bought the wrong item, I had the shoes for 2 days, sat in their box the whole time, purchased as a Christmas present and to exchange them for a cheaper pair of trainers but the 32 difference I had to take on credit... it was the first time I've shopped there and will be the last. If I'd have paid 5 for online delivery I would have been able to return these.
