I ordered a repeat prescription of anti depressants through patient access and received a reply to say the request had been approved. I went four days later to the pharmacist to pick up my prescription only to be told that St Fillans have not actioned it so it hasn’t come through on their system so I can not have the pills. This is incredibly serious as they are anti depressants and I desperately need them. The staff are not doing their job properly and I will be putting in an official complaint as this is a very serious situation that they have put me in due to their incompetence

I've been a patient of St Fillans Medical Centre (and their previous surgery at St Mary's) for 30 years. As someone with inconsistent health, being hospitalised for over 24 months in total since 2004, I have relied on their expertise on many occasions over those 16 years. I have never, at any point, had any difficulty accessing GP services and all previous and current doctors and medical professionals have provided exceptional care and attention for me. The receptionists are helpful, their nursing colleagues highly skilled, their onsite pharmacy is very well run, and the whole team, clearly works very hard. Penwortham residents should consider themselves VERY lucky.

Impossible to even speak to a doctor now let alone see one. Doctor passes messages through his receptionist even when something serious. Shame on you. No concern for patients. All out for themselves.
