Absolute shambles. Everyone running around like headless chickens and no-one actually being served. People waiting outside in the cold for 15 minutes for a ham sandwich. My tuna mayo sandwich was terrible. Been three times this year and it just gets worse & worse

Looked forward to a butter pie.. Dry not sure what it was but certainly not a fresh pie. Probably about 4 or 5 days old warmed on numerous occasions. Inedible. Very disappointed.
