The whole experience of the "Boiler People" was so very good. Tom took my request and we needed a new boiler asap due to health problems, he sorted matters so quickly, so very many thanks to him. Simon surveyed and was great. Andy our boiler installer was brilliant, through difficult problems, did everything we asked of him. Then Andy the electrician worked so well with my electrician friend that was carrying out the re-wire that was so needed and we cannot thank him enough. 5* service! We needed 4 new radiators putting in our house and 2 really old gas fires taking out. The engineers who came out to complete the work were really great! They were tidy and efficient and I couldn't be more grateful for the fantastic work they carried out! We now have one very warm lounge! Thanks all!

If I could give negative stars I would. I've just had one of their reps knock on my door so loudly that it woke my baby up! And yet he seemed surprised that I did not want to talk to him with a crying baby on my hands. Stop going door to door. If you are that good then people will come to you.
