Very nice and relaxing pub just off the new by-pass. Reasonable prices on food and drinks. New Covid regulations are followed which actually works better as in it's at table service. Good tasty good and if you download Vintage Inns app you get discounts as well!

We came here after a spa treatment at the Marriott hotel down the road and we were disappointed with their menu, so tried this place and we're so glad we did! Lovely place! Definitely recommend it. I couldn't give it 5 stars because the fillet steak was a little over done and not the medium rare that I had hoped for. It was still nice, but I've had much better fillet steak before. The sticky toffee pudding was also disappointing. It was very heavy and like a dish sponge and the drinks menu hadn't been updated so I was disappointed to find out they no longer sell my favourite soft drink. The starters were fantastic though ,the triple cooked chips were amazing, the onion rings were delicious, the drinks we had were lovely, the staff were very good and friendly, they went above and beyond with their brilliant service and the pub itself has a great atmosphere. The open fire was very cosy! We'll definitely be back again! It was also inexpensive and had a good variety on their menu. They even had offers on for downloading their app! I'm keen to come back here and try more!
Stopped here at the end of another 100 mile day bikepacking from John O'groats to Lands End in August 2020. This pub was a gem to come across. Clear Covid safety measures, good food with friendly staff and patrons. Thanks for an enjoyable visit.

Absolutely perfect. Visited here last night with my family to celebrate my daughter's birthday ; the food was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to make it very special and safe for us all. Very happy customer :)
Stayed at the Broughton Inn as part of the Britstop scheme. 10 minutes into Preston city centre by bike. Really friendly staff, good beers and a most impressive pizza together with an equally impressive menu. This was my virgin britstop and will definatly be stopping here again.
Really well organized Covid secure pub. Everyone was politely encouraging everyone to abide by the rules. The food was good, welcomed and presented. The beer is well kept.
Called in on the spur of the moment and really glad we did. Nice beer nice food and really good service. Would definitely go again.
