Cannot thank the guys at The computer shop enough, who actually saved Christmas for us, our son’s gaming pc broke 4 days before Christmas and most of his presents involved this pc, the guys worked tirelessly to fix it before Christmas and at 7.30 pm on Christmas Eve after giving up any hope we got a phone call to say it was ready!!!! Could not believe it, those guys give exceptional service and are so helpful. I would recommend the shop to anyone!! Great value and fantastic customer service. Thank you so much, you really went above and beyond.

With grandchildren not quite old enough to advise ( \u003c5 yrs old!), I twice needed iPad help over the last couple of years. These guys fixed in seconds, didn’t compound my innate feeling of idiocy, and wouldn’t charge. So when my husband and I were renewing both iPad and PC it was the natural place to go. If you are like us and all the technical jargon included in the advice goes way over your head, chill/meditate/furrow your brow and pretend - but just take their final advice- they know their stuff, will tailor equipment to your needs and even recommend good quality used products where relevant. Don’t hesitate!

Very very helpful. I needed a charger for my son’s laptop but didn’t know which version it was. Came here and they told me what I needed and ordered it for the next couple of days. Highly recommend this place for the customer service plus we should all support local businesses.

I took my laptop into the Computer Shop as it was functioning poorly. I was unable to use Word or Chrome efficiently which, is essential for me and my work. I found Carl at the Computer Shop very efficient, professional and friendly. My laptop came back with freed up memory. Carl had also identified numerous viruses which I had no clue about (which could have affected my privacy and personal information / security). It is now working more efficient than ever. Carl also took the time to explain (in layman's terms) what had been wrong. so I can understand in the future how to free up memory and protect my security online. I am not tech savvy at all, and I thank Carl for explaining the issues clearly to me. I would highly recommend The Computer Shop.

I'd just made a new build and it wouldn't boot. So dropped it of here at 9am and by 2pm they had it fully booting
