Farmer's Arms (Stonehouse) Preston is absolutely superb. My wife and myself have enjoyed many delicious meals over the years. Friendly attentive staff truly make you feel welcome! Food is wonderful indeed. Highly recommended !!!

First carvery in a while and perhaps I didn't have the highest expectations but I really enjoyed it. Good selection of meat and veg, reasonably priced and all piping hot. Staff pleasant too.

The food was of a good pub meal standard. An average selection of tap beers but no cask ales though. Having a better selection of real beer would instantly bump it up to a 4*. Nice polite and attentive staff.

This is a traditional pub with carvery. There are other items on the menu. But the carvery remains the most popular dish. Wheelchair access, large car park etc. Lots of tables to choose from to eat or drink, plus a large conservatory at the front looking onto the busy main road. The carvery with differing plate sizes and prices has lots of choice, you can have a slice each from four joints of roast meats, lots of roasties, veg and delicious gravy.
