I arrived at this shop just ten minutes before closing time today to get my daughter’s school bag mended before she returns to school tomorrow. I expected to have to leave it as they’d want to close the shop but wonderful ladies in this shop not only fixed it right away, but when I mentioned I needed a tape measure gave me one for free! When I wanted to pay they said ‘Oh no it was hardly anything!’ Of course I insisted on giving them something but what thoughtful kind and generous people they are. It really made my day. Oh, and the repair was perfect too!!!
