Fabulous lunch at The Mad Hunter today. Very friendly staff in a lovely environment. The food however was the star of the show. The beef short rib was very tasty and the wild boar burger was a hearty feast. Each dish was intelligently done and I'd highly recommend this restaurant.

Amazing place, small but cosy atmosphere, make sure to book in advance. Fantastic friendly service, our waiter Oliver was the very enthusiastic and explained all the dishes clearly and was a great help. The food was excellent and creative! Food for the adventurous, exotic meats like kangaroo zebra ostrich boar and crocodile depending on the season. Bit on the pricey side but quality and taste of food is definitely worth every penny! We also came again for the chefs menu for the middle eastern theme and the food was extremely tasty and just the right sized portions. The dip selection and the charred cauliflower dishes were delicious and we really liked the orange sorbet for dessert. We will definitely be visiting again, so highly recommended to all foodies!!
