I've previously questioned Wainhomes with their lack of responsibility towards keeping the surrounding landscape tended and looking nice. I've since had a visit from the Site Manager who has promised to amended the problems. He was very concerned with the lack of maintenance and came across as a very genuine guy. I will update to 5 stars once the work discussed is carried out. Many thanks to him and Wainhomes for listening and understanding our concerns. Communication is the key to success.
