I was a patient here in August 2018 I got admitted to the eating disorders ward when I arrived I was very very poorly but I can tell you this place saved my life every single one of the staff was so amazing and supportive they all got me through one of the darkest times of my life I didn't believe I would ever get better but thank God to this place I owe my life to all the brilliant staff they spent so much time with me helping me with everything and got me better to a place where I could finally be discharged back to community and te be reunited with my three year old son my son is so happy to have me back so thank you so much to all the the staff on the eating disorder ward I will never forget what u all did for me

Had a rather rude experience with somebody called vicky I think she was cottams manager. I never wanted to work there or work with her again as she made me feel really small.

Visited recently, one of the nurses on the ward Sophie G, so rude and unprofessional. Brings the standard of the priory down hugely. Cannot fault anyone else as usual.

after many attempts I feel this my only remaining option. I have spoken to the desks at every option on your automated answer phone options. We were even given a residential number to ring for information. Ironically the residential number we rang gave us a more concise answer than your staff

Strong elements of Discrimination, & unfair treatment of ethnic Minority staff within Management. You’re simply not going to be treated the same as your ‘white’ counterparts. I honestly wouldn’t bother applying to work at this hospital, if I was any person of colour, & would strongly discourage anyone else who might be thinking about it. It’ll be a waste of your time & you just won’t be accepted. The whole workforce is disproportionately poorly represented of ethnic minorities which says alot about the Management. Disgusting really this still goes on in 2019. I could name drop & spill all the unsavory conversations I’ve heard in those offices, however that’s not what I’m about. I’m about injustice & the unfair treatment of individuals based on skin colour, or any other form of discrimination for that matter. This hospital preaches ’fairness & equality’ but believe me all there is institutional racism within the Management & they don’t really like ‘outsiders‘. Sickening really! Currently perusing legal action on the grounds of unfair dismissal & racial discrimination. P.s General staff are lovely tho, not a single bad thing I could say about them.
