Tremendous food and service. Welcoming and friendly that you can have a laugh with. Speedy and quality service. Will definitely recommend and go again. They have an amazing offer that's 6 courses for 12.95 if I remember correctly and it makes the drinks half price!

Not been for nearly 5 years and was pleasantly surprised. Due to change of management some time ago The Shampan has gone from zero to hero. The food was excellent and value for money and the staff are friendly and attentive. Very impressed so much so that we booked for Xmas day. Well done to chef and all the staff.

Friendly service and welcoming staff. Food a little inconsistent. Sometimes good but other times a generic British Indian Restaurant gravy with meat. Come on guys - I know you can make it authentic

Lovely place. Made very welcome. The lighting in the place is impressive, and to be honest, then food was the best Indian food I've ever had at an Indian restaurant. Very very pleased and will definitely come again. Visited on 30th August 2016. Brilliant. Thanks for a great evening.

I've given this 3 stars because I do enjoy takeaways from here, but on the occasions I've sat in, the service has been really bad. There were one or two waiters who just seemed to have a bad attitude. I tried ordering a paratha, and was told that it was too much effort for the chef to make, which was bewildering. This was also after they tried to push the 8 course menu onto us, which despite being good value, would've been way too much for me to manage. There were some staff, however who were genuinely lovely, polite, friendly and were a credit to the place, but the dining in experience was overshadowed by the difficult ones. As stated previously, the food is excellent, and I still get takeaways from here.

Very impatient and abrupt staff. No card payments at the bar, for no reason whatsoever (cards fine for food payments?). Portions were quite poor to be honest, but the food was nice.
