We visited the shop whist on our 1st trip to Garstang but later we had a problem with one of the items. I contacted Laura via email and she was fantastic, saying she would send a replacement which arrived the next day. The smells of the products are really nice and the wife really likes the carpet freshener but as we are from Dorset its too far to travel to the shop but online will continue to help keep us supplied. My second order from The Smelly Bakery arrived the very next day, all beautifully packaged and smelling scrumptious. These birthday and Christmas gifts are sure to delight the recipients, as they did last year. I am delighted at the gift I bought for myself: the Siren soap is a small work of art, almost a shame to use it.
I usually go into the shop to buy my favourite products but due to lockdown this was 1st online order. Still the very same excellent products and still the same love and care in packing up of your items as if I'd called into the store. Quick shipping and delivery. I am a loyal customer. I've enjoyed every single bath product I've received from the smelly bakery and I've also sent them as (well received) gifts! The fragrances are lovely and the coloured bombs are so fun. The owner is wonderfully friendly and patient, even when I can't make up my mind too.

Fantastic shop with super helpful service. Bought 2 Christmas presents of boxes of bathbombs. Really pleased with them and suitable for all ages and boys or girls. Love that you can recycle your pots there too and the loyalty card scheme. Keep up the good work.
Absolutely in love with Laura's products, and she threw in a surprise free bath bomb on my first delivery! I'm looking forward to my next round of wax melts, they smell beautiful and really cover the wet dog smell at the moment :-D Thank you, all the best xx
