Iv never seen a shop like this! Its like walking into a strange place or town, where everyone is miserable. The service is dreadful.! There is no hello or any greeting, not that I want that! But you would like to think that they at least want to make the customers welcome. Instead they just look at you with a grim look whilst your being served, almost like your not paying for the products you're buying. Its just very uncomfortable like ur not human its that bad. Avoid this place at all costs

My mum just went to pick up a parcel from this place this evening and the man at the counter had the cheek to say to her she needs to go on a diet after seeing the photo on her id that was taken around 10 years ago. Angry is not the word I am more than appalled by this .

Avoid if you are using DPD drop off. Lost parcel. Even the DPD guy said avoid this place. Terrible

BEWARE .... the owners of this shop have time and time again, mischanged me! I have mentioned it and had it rectified at least 6 times, so have since been very aware when making any purchase to check my change! 3 times in the past 2 weeks, he has blamed the fact that the till has scanned at a different price to advertised on the shelf, but tonight I went in to purchase something from behind the counter that was clearly marked as 12.99, handed him 15 in cash, to be handed 22 pence in change! When I questioned it politely, he started to remove the advertised price next to the goods, to which I pointed out, he hadn't scanned the product and the screen was actually showing 5.99 from the previous perchance. I questioned this, again very politely, and asked him to scan the product, which low and behold came up at the advertised price of 12.99.... to which he refused to look at me in my eye, and sheepishly gave me an apology, with no explanation! I said this has happened 1 too many times and that I won't be returning to his shop!! He appologissed many times as I was leaving, but I don't beleive a word of it! I have had to question this many times thinking he may just be struggling working the till or some thing! But tonight proved otherwise!!! AVOID ... OR CHECK YOUR CHANGE!!!!
