Steph was very helpful when I visited the shop and resolved the problem I had very quickly and efficiently. I am not a Three Customer but she looked beyond that and provided an excellent service. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant customer service from Matt (manager), Steph and Lorna. Nothing was too much trouble and I was able to get everything done and sorted with my new accounts and phones for the family. Certainly puts virgin Media to shame as they messed up my credit score twice and didn't even have the courtesy to apologise. Their sales team standards have dramatically changed in the past few years that I have been with them. Three is most certainly well recommended.

I had a fault with my phone the girls and the manger spent 2 days trying to fix my phone but couldn't but got it sent off for me and didn't try push me in to a new phone like some other shops have got my phone back fully working very good service and we'll mannered staff thanks for your help
