Terrible company! Their lorry driver hit three huge branches that fell into the road in front of my car and blocked it . Passers by had to get out and move the blockages (which took 6 people) as the company lorry drove off then proceeded to do it again and this time the falling branch hit a parked van and caused damage. Then after being honked at and two men hailing the driver down, the company lorry continued to drive off until he was followed and made to pull over to take responsibility. After contacting the company the response was rude, unapologetic and passed the blame taking no ownership. I quote \We were advised that the house he was going too was ok to get through on this particular road so the people who advised us were at fault. Maybe the local builders should clear up after giving our firm information on the route.I am sorry you feel that way Mrs Booth but someone always has an opinion which they know nothing about.\ Just a simple explanation, apology for the inconvenience caused would had been good but instead the company feels it needs to be rude and not take accountability. Says' it all really...
