Posting on behalf of my mother Carla. We had excellent service from Sam. We needed tiles for our kitchen but couldn't decided online. Sam was very informative and we were able to bring home a sample for us to see them against our new kitchen. Within two hours of collecting a sample we had rung up to order the tiles. Excellent service from the store manager too!

Visited this store a couple of times now and both times we were greeted by Reece with a friendly welcome. He wasn't at all pushy but was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We purchased tiles with him last Sunday and left feeling so happy with the service received by him. What an asset to the team and we can't wait to get our tiles!
What a fantastic experience. The staff are so helpful and friendly . Nothing is too much trouble . The showroom is amazing and there is so much choice. We were struggling to get any tiles on time and they even sorted delivery and brought the day forward to help us out. We would definitely recommend and will be back to complete another bathroom Well done to Gary and the team!!!!!!
Excellent customer service! Both Reece and Sam were really knowledgeable and helpful in helping us choose tiles, adhesive, grout and sealer for our bathroom floor. I would highly recommend Preston Tile Giant it will be my first call when I'm next looking for tiles.
Knowledgeable and friendly staff (Gary at Preston) good prices and easy to take and return tile and flooring samples. Recommended.
