Myself and my partner had the scan of our first child here and we could not be happier. We were seen straight away and everybody we encountered were really friendly. The atmosphere was informal and easy going unlike a hospital, which is exactly what we wanted. We would 100% recommend.

I would like to say a BIG thank you to your company and even more so to the staff Sonographer Maleha and Jinty in the Preston Babybond for being so lovely and making my scanning experience so special every time I visited. I would not thank them enough if I tried! Having them watch my daugheter grow was a pleasure and I would not recommend anyone to go anywhere else apart from Babybond Preston. Orginally we were booked in for Lancaster on Wednesday 12th August, but Tuesday afternoon they rang me & apologised that it couldn't be done due to a poorly member of staff & they didn't want to put me or my baby at risk, so we replanned for Preston on the same day! Which was easily done! We made a full day of it. We went for the 4D bonding scan as we already knew the gender of our baby. We arrived 20 minutes early to give them time and just for overall respect. When we entered we were greeted by a lovely lady who was very chatty & enthusiastic - after some time another young lady joined her at the desk. They were both so down to earth & made us feel comfortable and welcome. Due to arriving early we even got to go in a bit more earlier, which was great. I was 303 on that particular day, when the sonographer arrived they ushered us in & were so so lovely. We cannot fault. The overall experience during the scan was amazing! My boyfriend was overjoyed and the sonographer was amazing, she took her time and didn't rush us and was practically in there for 15 minutes or so. We were given a full report afterwards including videos and pictures. If I were to have another baby I would definitely go back! Thankyou for such an incredible experience even if it was 32 degrees outside! Couldnt of asked for a better experience.

I went in December for a gender scan at 165 she told us we where having a girl and she was very sure ! We asked her to check again are you sure ? Yes iam sure! this was amazing i was over the moon! As we have 3 boys which we told her, Went for my 20wk scan today to be told it was a boy ive never cryed so much ! I dont mean for that to sound bad but i think i had every right to be upset ! Being told 1 thing and telling everyone skipping to my 20wks scan excited to see my baby girl for them to say its a boy ive never felt so deflated.
