Fantastic staff. Bought a carpet for lounge at half price, bought underlay and had free fitting. Carpet fitters (very professional) came with carpet, layed it all in about half an hour. Looks and feels luxurious. Thanks United carpets will be visiting again.

Highly recommend United carpets Preston branch, sales staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Easy transaction after picking my flooring, shortly contacted by the fitter to arrange a convenient day and time to fit. Fitters arrived on time on our agreed day. Lovely lads very polite and respectful of social distancing. Very happy with the standard of fitting of my carpets and vinyl flooring they look amazing.I wouldn’t hesitate to use United carpets again, thank you :)

Death Trap! Carpet fitted in living room. Theres a wire running along one wall, previously always left fitted in place along the wall, under the carpet. Fitters have pulled the wire out and left it on top of the carpet. After several calls to Im waiting for an appointment them to come back and lay the carpet over the wire, hopefully before the kids kill themselves falling over it. God knows what theyll do about the hole they have cut in my carpet to poke the wire out thats already a frayed mess.
