Absolutely dreadful surgery now. It was a wonderful practice when Dr Mashayekhy was there. Since NM Health took over all customer care has gone out of the window. It takes over 100 phone calls to get through to them and the new receptionist are really rude. Today when I was visited the surgery they were too busy discussing a card for one of the staff members, rather than professionally deal with patients. It’s a shame because it used to be such a lovely surgery, now it feels like the staff don’t care at all.

Totally agree with all the comments on here about shocking service since the surgery was absorbed into the new group. My wife tried to get through via 'phone for 3 hours yesterday, (as did I 2 weeks ago) in order to get her repeat prescription. It was either engaged or the answerphone kicked in. Eventually, I drove her to the surgery, much to my annoyance at her having to expose herself to potential Covid infection. When she came out, she reported that the receptionist was on the computer, listening to the radio, and that the 'phone could just be heard (having been turned right down), either ringing out or being picked up by the answerphone. This surgery was very good as a 'one man band', and the staff were friendly and helpful, and you could book an appointment for 2 or 3 days ahead for less urgent cases. We will certainly be moving from this group of surgeries very soon, and we suggest that no one signs up with this diabolical group of practices. I have given it a PLUS 1 Star, as it won't let me post a MINUS 1 Star!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!

Cannot believe how difficult it is to get through to this GP. The phone is either engaged, or when it does ring, it continues to ring until it cuts you off.... what a system!!! Absolutely shocking that I have had to phone in excess of 70 times in the last 3 days. When I eventually got through on Tuesday I got told that there are no appointments left and I would have to call back the next day!!!! I could not even make an appointment then for the next day. Today I managed to get through after 17 attempts and by 9am all appointments were taken, so now I have to callback after 13:20 to try and get an afternoon appointment!!!!! Absolutely shocking service. Cannot believe how bad it is.

Unfortunately since this medical centre has changed ownership it has really gone downhill. Trying to get through to reception is near enough impossible and sometimes after 40 - 60 attempts of trying I give up. I have since changed GP due to them being so unreliable.
