Couldn't organise their way out of a paper bag. As soon as anything goes wrong staff run about flapping like a stranded trout. I think their training consists of how to say \I don't know\.

Travelled London Euston to Preston, Lancashire on the 07.30 departure for Glasgow Central. The train departed platform five on time, Having no seat reservation I found an empty seat in coach C, which is also the buffet coach, Announcements were made by the train manager as to the running of the service and to safety instructions situated at the end of each coach, all made in a crisp clear voice, the catering personal made several announcements regarding on board refreshments. After an event free trip we arrived just a few minutes late at Preston Train station. Wifi is available on board but, this not free in standard class coaches, also they operate a free internet entertainment type service called BEAM, see the notices on the rear of the train seat.
