I went in to look at prescription sunglasses. I was met my a lovely lady call Nas. She explained everything clearly to me. Made me feel comfortable in my visit.

Every single delivery of contact lenses from here has been wrong. Every time I ring and inform them and am assured my prescription is updated. It's not. Then assured a new delivery will be sent and on two occasions nothing is with me for over a week. Not much help when you're waiting for lenses. Was initially told that my eye test charge would be credited on my first order; it wasn't. They were however very keen on trying to sell the most expensive frames to me. In a nutshell, hopeless service and I will never, never recommend Vision Express to anyone. I am now cancelling my standing order with them and will go elsewhere. Absolutely hopeless, keep clear. If I could give no stars I certainly would. Truly rubbish.

I got a communication telling me I needed to book an eye test. I booked an eye test, arrived and then was told I should have booked a contact lense appointment too. I now have to go back again next week.

I work in healthcare as a dentist, running over can happen sometimes but we always communicate to patients why, and give exact timing of how long the wait will be...went today and “10mins behind” fobbed off response was given....30min later no appointment, no apology, no help, no reply to requests, no explanations. I took the morning off for this, lost hundreds of s in self employed salary and not a single apology, or a quickening of feet of the workers there to at least acknowledge my concern. I was polite there and requested politely and considerately to be seen. No help, so here’s the appropriately worded review. Will be cancelling my subscription to there eye care program for contact lens delivery etc and be going elsewhere
