If u deliver goods at a busy time expect to get held up. This ain't so bad as the goods in guys seem happy to be there and will have banter. The Goods in unloading bays are tricky to find if it's ur 1st time. Better signage would be very helpful. Also don't forget ur delivery reference number they don't take too kindly to this altho if ur nice and apologetic they will try and accommodate u. Do not try to deliver damaged goods. No no no u will be there a while...
