Been dealing with Martin for years. The service he has provided during that time has consistently been excellent. I am 81 and my partner Jane has Parkinson's. Without his help in selecting bikes and customizing them for us we would no longer be cycling.

Thanks Martin and team for doing such a great job servicing my bike. It's never rode so good.

Very pleased with my Planet X London Road bike service from Wallis Cycles. Really went the extra mile to fit my service in during a difficult time, great communication with regular updates on how the service was going and what parts needed work. Sourced all the extras that I wanted, and went over and above to restore my bike to better than new condition! On top of that then did a great price which I was very happy with. Bike rides brilliantly, looks the business and has rejuvenated my cycling motivation after a tough winter. Will definitely be returning - thank you Martin!

I was greeted by 1 guy outside the shop who told me they are to busy to look at my bike then another arrogant guy came out and had a look at my bike and told me it needed a fortune spending on it ie. New durailier but couldn't supply SRAM to match he would only be able to fit shimano which meant changing gear selector etc. I was asked where I purchased the bike and when I told him on ebay his attitude went even worse and told me I've probably bought a heap of trouble My phone number was taken to book my bike in for repair following week. It's now been 6 weeks and no call. My bike has been fixed by a top mobile bicycle repair guy and it cost me 30 it just needed the gears setting up. WALLIS CYCLES ARE ARROGANT AND JUST WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU AN INCORRECT DIAGNOSIS TO FILL THERE POCKETS. A SHOP TO AVOID !!
