I am currently dealing with Rose, who was so helpful the last time when trying to source a watch for my wife for our Silver Wedding Anniversary (we actually ended up getting an OP in a different dial colour from elsewhere). Despite this she was once again so helpful and gave good advice when I called as I now am looking for a Rolex OP for the SW Anniversary for myself. Great service at the start of the buying process
After reading some reviews regarding customer service I was very concerned going in here. Those thoughts were greatly demolished as we were seen by Lee who was absolutely wonderful! He explained everything, had a lovely chat and made us feel really comfortable! Me and my now fiancé bought the ring and even got a communal congratulations as we were leaving! Absolutely excellent! I would recommend this to anyone!
Cannot praise Laura and the team at Whittles enough. Been on a waiting list for a specific Rolex and was kept regularly updated before getting the call to collect A fantastic customer service all round. Thanks again
