An excellent experience. Strongly recommend this company. Booked an appointment for a quote on a large conservatory. Met by Jim who is a technical fitter not a salesman. He answered all my questions, discussed all my options and left me feeling happy I was getting what I wanted. I got two other quotes and the experience was about hard selling and closing the deal. Mastercraft fitted my conservatory just 3 weeks ago. It looks fabulous and has added another dimension to my home, especially now we are all spending so much time there. Last week I noticed one of the doors started \squeaking\ when operating the doors. Jim had an engineer call the following morning who sorted it within minutes. Jim followed it up with a courtesy call. Thoroughly delighted

NOT Mastercraft, but Masterclass! Jim Lea and his team have handled our project both professionally and sympathetically from day one, after we were seriously let down by a window con man. Yesterday they craned over the huge pieces of glass into the frames and worked tirelessly through truly awful and relentless weather to get all six units in. By close of play, the job was done with just cover panels needing manufacturing and installing. We are absolutely delighted with the work done, and the glazing and sliding doors look AWESOME!!! Jim was recommended to me by a colleague who had employed Mastercraft for all her windows and for us, it was the best recommendation of our job so far. The lads were professional, courteous and downright hard working and I have nothing but praise for them. We are so, so grateful to every one of you. Thank you Wayne and Joanna Jackson
