Craig is very friendly and approachable. He has such good knowledge and was prompt and very effective. He also gave a discount which was really nice. I had phoned a few people to help with he bird problem and Craig responded quickly. Another person also responded and when I explained we had booked with Craig they told me that Craig was very good too. I would definitely recommend and have saved his number for the future. Thank you
