So glad that at least ONE store in a Tier 3 Lockdown city is safeguarding our health,and more so,our LIVES,with politely asking everyone on entry to sanitize.The virus can live up to 9 HOURS on the human body! Do you want your elderly parents or relatives & beloved children to lose their life life due to disregarding a simple and essential task? I am grateful that I feel safe browsing the store knowing all items have been handled with germ free hands. If this had been done EVERYWHERE,maybe we wouldn’t be going into another Lockdown \u200d️Too many people are complaining over being asked to do something intelligent and highly important,grow up,it’s a World issue,not an individual one.

Visited the store with my 80 year old mum. Both wearing masks due to covid19 My mum entard first with me a few seconds behind Only to find the staff shouting at my mum for not using hand gel. Mum is also def..I also got shouted at at the entrance with 1 foot on the mat!...where is the customer service Gone..a 80 year old getting shouted at. My mum insisted we Dont leave the shop until I got the boots I went in for.Yes I told the staff what I thought!!! My first experience of this Company !!!!! My Mum was Upset !!!! My self andy mum Expect better.. No I will never shop with this company again.
