Absolutely appalling. Ordered at 7.30pm said it would arrive at 8pm then a message to say 8.30 & another to say 8.50. Called them 18 times no one answers the telephone & no facility to leave a message. Contacted just eat at 9.10 who told us our order had been marked as having been delivered & they would need 48 hours to investigate. 9.30 they actually turn up & blatantly lie saying the order was to be delivered at 8.40 which still made it 40 minutes late. To add insult to injury the food was stone cold. Just eat need to take them off their system. Just eat refunded our payment 2 days later. I would suggest if you order through Just eat & have problems with this takeaway (looking at the number of bad reviews it’s clearly common practice for them) that you contact Just eat. The more contact made & refunds Just eat have to make regarding this business the more likely they will take it off their site. I assume Just eat claw back refunds from the takeaway concerned which will result in them loosing money.

Food did not arrive and when phoned the staff were rude. Food is normally lovely but found the service disgusting. Waited 2 hours to be told the food had arrived and it never did.
This is one of the worst takeaways i have ever got food from, so spent 17 quid, and too be fair it came quite quick, but what a pile of dog meat i got, really dont bother ordering just not good, make some beans on toast you will enjoy it better, this is the best bit phoned the number that i had for them went to a message service saying we can no longer take messages on this number
Bloody awful service no food delivered. This is appalling. They steal your money.
Chunks of meat found in both vegetarian chow mein and crispy noodles. Found this very upsetting as have been vegetarian for 6 years, will not be returning anytime soon.
