Shame they don’t give you the option of zero out of 5 as they are that poor - I ordered an item from EBay - apparently Yodel delivered it yesterday at 12.43 and package was signed for - it wasn’t delivered to my address, no card left - rang their “customer service” in a foreign country (despite ringing the Preston number) and was told “well did you go to the houses 3 doors down to the left and right or over the road to check if your parcel was there “ !!!! Unbelievable especially during Covid - no follow up email as promised. Absolutely shocking service

Let's start with the big question... where is my delivery which is valued at 225.87 that you CLAIM was delivered to our front porch when no such thing happened. We've been home. We've been waiting for the parcel. So imagine our surprise when the text comes through to say our parcel had been delivered to a \safe place\. Now let's move on to the annoyance factor that now that we're trying to ascertain who has received our parcel instead of us, there is NO ONE to talk to for help. Your company doesn't even provide proof of delivery in the form of a photo taken to show where a parcel has been left so for all we know the thing is still in the van. We've canvassed our neighbours and no one in our estate has received it either so where have you, oh Yodel-a-he-ho, left our parcel. UPDATE ----- I found a customer service number for Yodel and spoke to a representative who indicated that the \GEO TRACKING\ indicated the parcel has been left at a property nearly 3 MILES AWAY from our house -- the scan isn't entirely accurate but it looks like it got left at public swimming baths. Excuse me? A public swimming baths 3 MILES AWAY? What a colossal joke. They're going to try and contact the driver to get the parcel retrieved to deliver it to us. It's not like they left it with one of our neighbours but dumped it somewhere that doesn't even have the SAME STREET NAME as ours. Pathetic and inexcusable.

Said they had tried to deliver , they hadn’t and no card left . Couldn’t get hold of anyone. Really poor service I wouldn’t use them if they were the last courier on earth.

I was in my front room right nest to my front door. No knock what so ever. Next time I went oit I saw a ticket in the letterbox on the outside. No instruction or anything so I went online and tracked the driver mohammed. He says he knecked 5 times. (liar), he said he spoke to a neighbour and pointed it out and said she wouldn't take it (liar, I checked with her). So he turned up after me getting his number on the tacking number I had. Mohammed arrives in a brand new merc with all the same excuses. It was lies. The package was perfume, same type and size box as a mobile phone. I genuinely believe this lad was trying to steal it. For this reason I won't shop online as its happening alot, very use yodel so I won't use very again and hermes are just as bad. I rung yodel and after 35 mins on hold I gave up. Not surprised to see 1 and a half stars

I received a missed delivery card and I updated my information to leave with neighbour but driver didn't bother. So I updated 3 times to leave with neighbour. Still didn't bother. So I drove to yodel depot who was very helpful to find out that it has been returned to sender even though yodel keep it at their depot a week. Useless.
