Normally good food and fast service but to get a delivery and no sauce with my meal had to ring up twice the second call gets told they forgot to send my sauce. No refund or fresh food offered for their mess up

Worst takeaway I have ever dealt with. Could not admit they made a mistake with our order and kept hanging up the phone when we tried to sort it out. When we went to the shop to try and sort it out, they rang the police. The police hung up on them because you can't ring 999 over a Chinese takeaway. They also tried to lie about how much we paid, but their own delivery driver told the truth and said we were correct. You could not pay me to order from here again. The attitude from the staff was awful and they could not admit they made a mistake. I will be finding a new Chinese to order from. Yummy is not worth the hassle at all. Don't waste your time ordering from here. (I would have put 0 stars, but that's not an option.)

Everybody told me how brilliant this place was so i swerved my usual Chinese to give these guys a shot! As i placed the order i was buzzing how much cheaper it was!..however it came...it was just that..cheap. I do think everybody deserves a second chance and hey..lots of people speak highly of this place...just wasn't for me..they gave me a full refund though and not many do that! Just goes to show stick with what you know...because somebody's great review can be another's bad! Each to their own x
