Never found staff here anything other than both as helpful and pleasant as I'd hope for in people both working in and supporting the medical profession. My experience here has been and remains hugely positive and I am hugely grateful for the help in overcoming two serious illnesses and ongoing support in recovery from these. We're lucky to have the surgery and the people within it in the village, thank you everybody there.

It was a great surgery but now that you have to jump through hoops of fire, then wait a few hours to finally speak to someone who wants to send you to a different town to be seen, where you cant get parked so have to walk...2 weeks after major surgery is a joke. Such a shame.

Dealing with reception is so awkward. Manner of staff is terrible. Ended up not getting an appointment (which was for my 15 month old daughter) as made to feel like a nuisance. Bad experience. Will be registering elsewhere.
