It's a lovely airport ..everyone that works there bends over backwards to help u ...its so welcoming even security makes u a cuppa when u need to stay over night waiting on ur flight ..

One of Scotland's 4 main airports but Prestwick is the smallest of the 4. Ryanair is the main company who uses this airport. The whole airport needs updated. 95% of the staff are great at there jobs.The car parks are expensive. They do have hook up points for electric vehicles. They do have bus stops on the main road. They also have a train station the other side of the car park. There are a walk way over the main road to get you to the train station. The rail line goes to Glasgow central. The other side of the platform goes south.

Relatively small and quick operating airport. To get there you could use train,bus or drive by car. No ques, fast check in. Friendly people all around you. The only down side is - past passport control there is not a possibility to have a hot food, only cold sandwiches and refreshments.
