Poor customer service, either no response to messages, or "we'll call you"...I have never felt this undermined, its like you are doing me a favour hence I'm a paying customer. Its been about a week since we ordered bread pans and lids, initially we were told it takes about 4 days. Atleast tell me when I can expect my order and whats the delay rather than just not responding, thats rude.

Update: very happy if my review will lead to better communication in future. Thanks for the delivery today Empty promises. Took my money three weeks ago. Not responsive, I need to follow up. Get brushed off with more empty promises. Be careful, they are not interested in delivering what they sell on @bidorbuy

We have procured a Deck 3 Tray Deck Oven which was part of a combo bakery special. We discovered post-delivery that it s 2 phase and our electricity can only handle 1 phase. The supplier is refusing to take it back, claiming that it was part of a combo. Is there a chance we can sell this oven to you or swap it for a 1 phase oven. The equipment was delivered last week and as it stands its unusable.

These people made a lot of promises which they had no intentions of keeping. There workshop looks like a graveyard and I still had to pay R200 because they could not repair the appliances I sent to them. Rip off stay away
