Can't believe the service! Most comprehensive optometrist I have ever been to. Also something which is important to me is that they are Wheel chair accessable and geared for handling people of all walks of life.

Criminally high prices (try R10,000 for just 2x pairs of glasses). Service is non-existent. Phone calls are never returned. No surprise that the Willow Way branch was shut down and this one will follow.

Would be great if phones worked

I suffer from Hemianopia (due to a stroke I had). An abosolutly amazing practise with fenominal expertise on Neuro Vison Rehabilitation. They (Deidre de Jongh) helped me so much in my vision improvement

Wow! Every time I go to De Jongh Optometry Lynnwood, I am blown away by their great service. I usually have to pay for my lenses and coatings cash, but it's never a surprise. Kisayne finds out before my appointment how much my medical aid will contribute, and sends quotes with the various options available. The eye test is also a pleasant experience, and you never feel like you're just being pushed through the production line just to get the patient in and out before they have to pay.
