Dr Van den Heever is very professional and provides valuable advice on the process and what needs to be done. All the dental staff are very friendly and very helpful. My 6 year old son was very anxious about his 1st dental appointment but Dr Van den Heever made my son comfortable, he was very kind, made jokes and my son was totally at ease. I highly recommend Dental Aesthetics Clinic for quality and professional service for both the young and the old.

We contacted them for a appointment for my elderly mother. A friendly lady contacted my mother and asked her to send her Med. Aid details via WhatsApp. She then called and confirmed an appointment for Friday 09H00. We arrived and was told their is no such appointment. Then a very rude and arrogant young man come to reception and told us we must have the wrong dentist. Their staff are "op die bol" and profession, they don't make WhatsApp appointments. After a brief argument we left. I then phoned the WhatsApp nr. the same friendly lady answered and we explained we were their. She then phoned and apologized for the mix up and said she re scheduled, I declined, if this is the way they treat the elderly at reception, I'd rather go elsewhere.
