WOW WOW WOW, what and over EYE-mazing experience. Took my boys for their eye tests and they just loved it...they were well taken care of and even entertained while waiting...this is the perfect and most professional optometrist that I have Ever visited. Rolene is really good at what she does and no detail is left behind. I would recommend any time to anyone.

I love these guys they explain everything so in detailed. They help you choose the best pair of glasses and even try and to fit it in your budget. They also help and pixk a pair of glasses which suits you the best as well. They always follow up. Highly recommend

I absolutely love these guys. I was looking for a number online for another Optometrist and their number also came up. I sent them a whatsap message and simply from the way they spoke to me, I went there. They were so accommodating with all my questions and extremely professional. Needless to say, I got my stunning spectacles from them. Their service, their attention to detail especially with the eye exam, their rooms.....everything is absolutely top class. This kind of eye test was something I've never experienced before (and I've had my eyes tested 4 times so far but never like this). I'm very impressed

For years I have been making use of the same chain of optometrists. Last week I decided to see what else is out there. I could not be more happy I did. Neloptics has the most friendly and helpful staff I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time. Dr Rolene takes the time to do an indepth check, ask questions and exlain everything to you. She gives you advise and reasons for her suggestions. You get a thorough exam AND opinions on which frames suit you. Not lead straight to the most expensive ones. It is so obvious that this practice is run on passion and not just making a quick buck.
