DO NOT ORDER FOOD HERE...… I ordered the chicken-cram-decker for R169.90. Do not order food from this branch. We ate our pizza and at 02:00 in the morning my whole family started with diarrhea and we all are nauseas. The only thing my family and me ate was the pizza. Please if you want fresh food, do not order food here at all. They send you this sms Debonairs Pizza Customer Care Case CAS-1653223-Z7V0B7 has been Resolved. We thank you for your interaction.and nothing is resolved?Believe me no one spoke to me so i can not say this CASE is resolved.They don't resolve anything.

No service at all placed an order on the app waited an hour for delivery and went to buy take aways at Mc Donalds. Call center is useless and the phones at the store is not answered when the call center puts you through. Maybe Debonairs group should shut down like Domino's and Scooters. Just to update the horrible service after 2 hours and me gone through half of my McDonald's meal the delivery arrives 45 minutes after the store closed @ 9pm

Waited in store for 45min for a pizza. Meanwhile, people who came in and ordered after me were leaving before me. Pizza eventually comes out and is cold. I mention it to the cashier who gave me the pizza and she couldn't be bothered to do anything about it. Reported to head office and same thing there. Their "hot or not" promise clearly means nothing. Spoilt my entire debonairs experience. Will not be returning, ever.

We orderd food on 1May and we didnt receive it at all, debonairs took my money and did not deliver me my food that is a criminal offense! I had to lie to my 8year old daughter because of them! We are going to hear this story on how busy thay were but no one updated us on social media or email! Rather keep your doors closed if you dont know how to run a business with your incompetent staff!
