They filled my Cup with more than half of ices in my cup I didn't enjoy eating here coca cola tasted like water, n here is a Pic I tried to talk to them on the counter but the 1 helped me said he can't interfere in my complain because he just came now...... BAD SERVICES

It's okay but the drive through menus don't display any sensible options only the side orders. This leave everyone asking the cashier what the actual options are, which makes everything slow and inefficient.

I ordered online for collection, since I am outside of their delivery area even though I live only 4 blocks away, and I checked in when I arrived at the store as per their requirement to start preparing your order, 45 minutes after checking in I am still standing in the shop waiting for my order so I decide to ask them where my order is and low and behold, they haven't even started with it. I finally received my order 5 minutes later just to find when I get home that the chicken is oily to the point of having no taste at all. So I waited 50 minutes to get oily chicken, this was also not the first time this has happened. I would rather visit the Steers accross the road in future seeing as they deliver to my door and I have never waited 50 minutes for my order there. I would rate this store 0 stars if it it was possible.
