I was at Spec-Savers Atterbury Value Mart this morning for an eye test and new glasses. The service was exceptional!! I can truly recommend them to everyone, and they will be my go-to going forward. Dona-Lee was extremely helpful and is a real plus for the institution. Her friendly and efficient service made it an absolute pleasure - I even ended up getting my next set of contact lenses from her. All-in-all it was a great experience! Thank you Dona-Lee and colleagues for exemplary, caring service!

Thank you Spec Savers Atterbury for the lovely & friendly service. The consultant Ferrin who help us was welcoming and took her time to make sure our frames were best fitted for our faces. I had the option on a range of spectacles that I thought suited my face but in the end she help me decide on the right one.

Not sure who I spoke to today but that lady was so rude over the phone. I only asked what the status is for my glasses as its been almost 13 days since I have been there and they told me 5-10 working days , it was a normal follow up call like everything else in this Country . Repeating herself as If I am stupid surrounding lenses that came in and needed to be checked first . Then when I tried to tell her I understand she became even more rude and put the phone down. Best service till you pay for glasses after sales experience was bad.

Booked an appointment for my son last week Saturday for Friday the 21st only for my son’s appointment to be moved without our knowledge to the 28th of Feb. Why would I book an appointment two weeks ahead when there are more than 3 Specs Saver stores in my vicinity? This is utter disrespect for my time! Very disgusted with their service, it would be courteous to inform your clients of any changes!
