Took pants in to be altered as I lost some weight. They simply brought one side of the pants in to make it smaller so now the middle line is off centre, to make matters worse I asked them about 5 times that the most important part for me would be that they lift the crotch area to make for a better fit, the LOWERED it and now I look like a gangster. If I were to go to court in that suit people would think I’m on trial, rather than representing my client

Quite efficient. They offer anything from alterations to a three piece suit.
Hole in my brand new Pringle suit trouser! Bought a brand new (expensive) suit from Pringle in Menlyn Mall who said they will have the length of the trousers tailored by their tailor. Turns out it was these guys. Once the length was measured, i was told to wait until I am notified that it was finished. On my return I was greeted by a hole next to the seem on the side. Once questioned, the tailor immediately took out the stitching and attempted to repair it. I fetched the sales rep from Pringle who sold me the suit. When we arrived the tailors solution to the problem was to bring in the sides of the trousers to cover up the hole creating a sort of inverted bootleg. When the lady from pringle asked the tailor about the hole he said that he didn't have the proper machine to work on that material (even though he already ruined it). I had told Pringle that they need to replace the trousers since "their tailor" had ruined it. Pringle had ordered new trousers and notified me to pick them up. Took about a week and a half.
Excellent, fast and friendly service! Perfect workmanship . Thank you for a job well done!
WARNING!!! Never go to Tidy Tucs! They never called me back to notify that alterations have been done because they "LOST" my clothes. Eventually found them crumpled behind some furniture. They took another 2 weeks to do the alterations and then they weren't even done in totality ("forgot" to fix a pocket lining, "forgot" to replace a button, etc.). What they had done buggered up my coats so badly I can't wear them anymore. They have made over R10,000 damage to my clothes for a job that should have only cost a fraction of that to ALTER. Every time I was there, there were at least three other people there COMPLAINING about something they had done. WARNING WARNING NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE
Received good service and assistance
Still Had to fix it by hand
