Had a great experience friendly and makes you feel at home

Poor customer service, I am definitely not going back there, this is it. I have been very patient with th, till i lost it. I Waited for more than 3 weeks fir mt glasses yet i was told they will be ready after 7 days. I called and went out my way to go there, no attempt to from them to update me about my glasses. Then they tell you, their lab is in Cape Town, there's nothing they can do, they only email to contact them, no phone calls. What nonsense!?

At first my experience was really bad, but thanks too Cornia and Tania from Torga. They really went out of their way to accommodate me. I' ll give you 5 stars and will defintly make use of your service again. Cornia you are a star and Torga van be very greatfull to have someone like you in their service. Thanks Joann Otto

Torga optical Brits have terrible customer service, they invoiced me more and now that they must reverse the excess money paid the owner has apparently been studying for four weeks. What a terrible, terrible excuse.
