Stephanie did a wonderful job on my daughter's wedding last weekend. It was so organized that everything went smoothly. Stephanie answered our questions and gave us great recommendations for vendors. Her coordination allowed us to enjoy the day and not have to worry about things. We will definitely use her again for our other daughters.

Stephanie and her team are rockstars at executing stress-free wedding days. She’s a behind the scenes ninja and doesn’t bother her couples with unnecessary questions. She’s also fantastic at getting all the vendors to work as a team and keeping everyone well informed so we don’t have to come to her with a bunch of small questions throughout the day. She also is great at empowering your vendors to be their own little rockstars and letting them do what they do best. We also love working with Stephanie because she’s really, really sweet and super nice. She’s absolutely one of our favorite vendors to work with in KC! :)
I cannot say enough good things about Stephanie. She was by far the best investment we made in our wedding. My husband and I got married 8 months ago, and we still talk about how thankful we are that we hired her. She was organized, and kept us on task. I could call or email her anytime and she was always there to help. I felt like she was not only our wedding planner, but our friend. She took the time to get to know us as a couple, and really cared about making our day special. I cannot explain the peace she gave me on the day of the wedding. I had to worry about NOTHING expect myself. She took care of everything and did an amazing job at it. I feel like my wedding was perfect, and Stephanie was a big part in making me feel that way. I would recommend Stephanie to anyone that is getting married. She is the best!!!
Stephanie is an incredible planner to work with! She is very thorough, sticks to your vision, and I haven't met someone she doesn't get along with. I could recommend her to anyone! P.S. - if you have a chance to check out her adorable storefront in downtown Parkville, do it!
Type A personality here...so I had planned everything and just needed "day of" help. Stephanie was sweet and relaxed. She didn't overwhelm me with questions and was open to all the planning I had already done. She was available when/if I needed her. I made some last minute changes to the altar to save some money on flowers. I just gave Stephanie some simple guidance and told her I was open to whatever, and she made it look beautiful! Everything went smooth and looked amazing thanks to her. The next think I knew the night was over and I looked around, and with the help of some great friends/guests, everything was all loaded up and ready to go! We had a small sober driver incident...couldn't find one...so Stephanie stepped in and helped get the rentals to a hotel nearby. That was not only helpful, but safer! I don't know all the little things that went on in the background, and that's exactly the way it should be when having a wedding coordinator. Stephanie checked in on my throughout the night, nothing came up, everything went great! She made the day the easy, fun day I envisioned! The portal she provides was also really helpful when it came to crunch time and getting all the last minutes details done. I would highly recommend her to the bride who has done all of her planning and to the bride who wants to hand the baton to someone else and just relax. Either way, you can't lose with Stephanie and her team!
Having Stephanie as our day-of wedding coordinator was the BEST decision we could've made for our wedding day. From last minute etiquette questions, to stuffing gifts in the back of my mom's car long after everyone was gone, she was so helpful and organized. My mom still talks about Stephanie when our wedding gets brought up, and it has been 3 months!! She loved how Stephanie took care of everything so my entire family could just sit and enjoy the big day. Thank you so much, Stephanie! You made our day so special!
We cannot possibly recommend Stephanie more, she was very professional but fun at the same time. Our former wedding planner canceled on us just a month before the wedding, so on short notice and a modest budget, Stephanie was able to use her experience and expertise to put together a wonderful wedding. She shows up early and works the whole time while still seeming like part of the party. We cannot imagine her doing any better because she was perfect. We now recommend her to everyone we know who might get married.
I hired Stephanie at Vaughn Events to help plan my 40th Birthday party, which was also New Year's Eve! I did not have time to research and find the best rental companies, caterers, etc. Stephanie did all the research for me and gave me options within my price point. She was even available the day of (on a holiday!)! The party was fantastic and the food was talked about for months! I've also hired Stephanie to research event locations for my business. Her price points are extremely reasonable, so I can work my business vs. spend time researching event venues. Let the experts do it for you! You will save money in the long run. I highly recommend Vaughn Events for all occasions!
